Product introduction
AH544 is a Hall switch sensor designed based on BCDMOS technology. The sensor includes a temperature-compensated Hall element, dynamic offset cancellation amplifier, comparator, and output stage. The chip features current output. The comparator compares the actual magnetic flux with a fixed reference value (switching point) to control the current magnitude of the output MOSFET. Active offset compensation provides magnetic characteristics with specific temperature coefficients across various supply voltages. Additionally, mechanical stress has minimal impact on magnetic parameters.
This series of sensor chips is suitable for industrial environments and automotive applications, with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 30V. AH544 is available in three package types: TO92S, SOT23(small), and SOT23-3L. The packages comply with RoHS standards, and the product has passed AEC-Q100 certification.
