I. Alphamoisture Online Intelligent Dew Point Meter Description:
The DS-2000 dew point meter is a single-channel online precision dew point analyzer used for monitoring various industrial gases and clean compressed air. The DS-2000 dew point analyzer combines advanced high-capacitance aluminum oxide sensors with advanced digital circuit technology for precise dew point detection.The combination of advanced display technology and comprehensive dew point sensor technology gives the dew point analyzer high flexibility and adjustability. The menu-guided operation method facilitates user adjustments and operations. The analyzer display units can be flexibly set at the factory, with options including ℃, ℉, ppm(v), g/m3, or lb/MMSCF.
The dew point value detected by the DS-2000 dew point analyzer is displayed on a five-and-a-half digit, seven-digit LED display. The analyzer is also equipped with two independent, freely adjustable alarm relay outputs, and provides an output terminal for external systems. Factory-set analog current and voltage outputs are linearly corresponding to the dew point detection values. RS485 serial data communication can also be connected with address settings from 1 to 99. The analyzer is panel-mounted using a 1/8 DIN rail and meets IP66 (NEMA4) protection standards.
The high-capacitance dew point sensor equipped with the DS-2000 analyzer covers a measurement range of +20℃ to -110℃ and incorporates an automatic calibration function. The sensor has undergone comprehensive and rigorous monitoring and testing to ensure maintenance-free operation throughout its entire lifespan.
Additionally, the highly sensitive linear signal output allows the distance between the analyzer and dew point sensor to reach up to 1 kilometer.
The ATEX type dew point analysis sensor equipped with the DS-2000 dew point meter is intrinsically safe in design. When used with the corresponding dedicated explosion-proof isolation barrier, it can be applied in potentially explosive environments such as petrochemical and chemical industries.
Long-term operation dew point analysis equipment requires excellent sensitivity, repeatability, and response characteristics (especially in dry conditions). Each calibrated DS-2000 dew point analyzer achieves a measurement accuracy of ±2℃ and provides a test report meeting international humidity measurement standards.
The DS-2000 dew point meter provides two independent, settable alarm relay outputs to external control equipment, including high alarm, low alarm, and other control functions. Alarm setpoints can be freely and independently set within the measurement range.
The DS-2000 dew point analyzer is fully configured according to customer requirements. The standard configuration includes a corresponding calibration report and a 2-meter sensor cable. Custom sensor covers and 1000-meter cables can be provided based on customer special requirements.
