The SUPER-DEW online digital display dew point hygrometer (formerly Model 95 online dew point meter or SD type dew point meter) has a compact structure, suitable for bench or panel mounting, used for humidity detection in dry air, coal gas, or O.E.M. drying equipment and other gases. The SUPER-DEW online digital display dew point hygrometer (formerly Model 95 online dew point meter) has a response time of 1 second for humidity, and the distance from the dew point sensor to the secondary display instrument can reach 1 kilometer.

The SUPER-DEW online digital display dew point hygrometer (formerly Model 95 online dew point meter) can measure the dew point temperature of various gases online, with a guaranteed accuracy of 1PPM when measuring dry gases. Options:

1. Pressure regulating valve - PRV: It is recommended that users use this instrument at atmospheric pressure. If not at atmospheric pressure, use one of the three pressure regulating valves of 28Bars, 200Bars, or 400Bars to reduce pressure to avoid damage to the sensor.

2. Filter - FILTER: If the measured gas is not clean, a filter should be installed before the sensor to prevent blockage. It is recommended to use a filter only when necessary to avoid affecting response speed.

3. Zener barrier explosion-proof unit - ZBU: Although the sensor of the SUPER-DEW online digital display dew point hygrometer (formerly Model 95 online dew point meter) is intrinsically safe and explosion-proof, the display instrument is not explosion-proof. If the sensor is placed in a hazardous area and the instrument in a safe area, placing a Zener barrier explosion-proof unit on the cable between the sensor and the instrument constitutes an online dew point monitoring system that meets the Eex.ia IIC T6 explosion-proof standard.
