Product introduction
AMS MEMS technology ultra-small volume metal oxide semiconductor principle air quality sensorENS145Description:
ENS145 is a gas sensor based on MOS (metal oxide semiconductor). It is specifically designed for broad detection of reducing and oxidizing gases related to poor air quality, such as VOCs (volatile organic compounds), CO (carbon monoxide), and nitrogen oxides (NOx). The ENS145 air quality sensor element is a MEMS technology sensor with long life and long-term stability. It combines high sensitivity with extremely low power consumption. The sensor is sealed in a small LGA package and is reflow solderable.
AMS MEMS technology ultra-small volume metal oxide semiconductor principle air quality sensorENS145Features:
- Small size - 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.9mm LGA package
- T&R packaging, reflow solderable
- Independent sensor heating control, enabling high selectivity (e.g., ethanol, toluene, acetone) and excellent background discrimination
- High sensitivity to volatile organic compounds (VOCs), CO, and NOx
- Indoor air quality detection with heater continuously operating (pulse mode), low power consumption of only 13mW (1.3mW)
- Wide operating range: temperature: -40~+85°C; humidity: 5~95%
- Easy integration with reflow solderable SMD package
ENS145 is designed as an analog gas sensor for home appliance applications.
