Catalytic Gas Sensor MC114/114C Product Description
-
The MC114 catalytic element operates based on the principle of catalytic combustion. It consists of a detection element and a compensation element paired to form two arms of a Wheatstone bridge. When exposed to combustible gases, the resistance of the detection element increases, causing a change in the bridge output voltage. This voltage change increases proportionally with gas concentration. The compensation element serves as a reference and provides temperature and humidity compensation.
