Product Introduction
AH431 is a Hall effect sensor switch chip designed and manufactured based on Bipolar semiconductor technology. The device integrates a Hall effect circuit, voltage regulator, signal amplification processing circuit, Schmitt trigger, and a switch-controlled current source circuit. The internal compensation characteristics of AH431 make its sensitivity slightly increase with temperature, making it particularly suitable for matching with common low-cost magnets. The enhanced output drive circuit can drive larger currents, reducing internal power consumption. AH431 can withstand 60V high-voltage impacts. These features greatly improve the reliability of the device, making it very suitable for use as solid-state electronic switches in automotive, industrial appliances, and household appliances. Available in TO92S through-hole package and SOT23-3L SMD package, both compliant with RoHS standards.
