US ECO ozone sensor OEM-2 description:
Model OEM-2 is a system based on adjustable ozone concentration setpoint to control ozone generator and alarm. It is designed for plug-in sensor modules of 0-0.1 ppm, 0-1 ppm and 0-10 ppm. When ordering, specify these by placing the ppm range after the model number. For example, a 0.1 ppm OEM-2 board system would be OEM-2-. The replacement sensor module is SM-1-1. The same sensor module is also suitable for our OEM-1 circuit board, which has features such as 110/220 VAC power supply. The sensor module can also be placed at a distance from the OEM-2 board via a 2-meter or 8-meter cable. These are ready-made DIN M/F 5-pin extension cables.
An integral part of the OEM-2 system is the base board, which includes power supply, final signal processing, setpoint control, and output relay. Another component is the sensor, which is mounted in a cylindrical DIN plug with associated electronics. This is pre-calibrated in our laboratory so that the sensor module and main board module work together as a calibrated system. If the sensor module is damaged, simply replace it with another pre-calibrated module.
The design includes hysteresis and time delay (set to 8 seconds, except for special orders) to eliminate chattering and other excessive interaction between the sensor and generator. SPDT relay contacts will handle up to 5 amps at 250 volts. OEM-2 should not be used outdoors or in the presence of NOx, nitric acid, acid gases, or halogen compound fumes.
Warm up according to the table below. If the system has not been used for about a week, it is recommended to warm up for at least 24 hours. This is because the sensor can absorb volatile organic compounds when not in use.
