Product Introduction

American ECO Ozone SensorOzone ControllerOEM-3Description:
The OEM-3 is a system that controls an ozone generator and alarm based on an adjustable ozone concentration setpoint. It is designed to work with user-replaceable sensor modules, preconfigured for ozone detection ranges of 0-0.1 ppm, 0-1 ppm, and 0-10 ppm. The desired setpoint is specified at the time of ordering. For example, a 1 ppm OEM-3 would be OEM-3-1, and the replacement ozone sensor module would be OEM-O3. The Eco Sensors SM-100 can be used for remote installation of the sensor module with cable lengths up to 8 meters (25 feet).
The OEM-3 integrates power supply, final sensor signal processing, setpoint control, analog output signals, and output relays. The user-replaceable sensor module includes the ozone sensor and its associated electronics, housed in a square flat pack with an edge connector. The sensor module is pre-calibrated in our laboratory, so the sensor module and OEM-3 work together as a calibrated system. If the sensor module is damaged or loses accuracy, it can simply be replaced with another pre-calibrated module.
The controller design includes hysteresis and time delay (set to 8 seconds) to eliminate chatter and other excessive interaction between the sensor and generator. The SPDT relay contacts can handle up to 5 A at 250 VAC. The OEM-3 should not be used outdoors or in the presence of NOx, nitric acid, acid gases, or halogen compound fumes (see precautions section).

American ECO Ozone SensorOzone ControllerOEM-3 Ozone Controller Features:

Non-latching relay

Relay switches at setpoint

Contact rating: 5A, 250VAC

Zero button allows re-zeroing of the sensor output
0-2 V analog voltage output, which is a buffered version of the sensor module signal, with 1 V representing the sensor module's calibration point.
4-20 mA current output, proportional to the sensor module's output, with 12 mA representing the sensor module's calibration point.
Drive circuit for an audible alarm, including an acknowledge switch input to mute the alarm; when the ozone concentration drops below the switch threshold and rises again, the alarm will turn on again.

SM-100 extension cable for remote installation of the sensor module up to 8 meters
