Product Introduction

  • Ozone Sensor (O3 Sensor) (Low Concentration) MQ131 Product Description

  • The gas sensing material used in the MQ131 gas sensor is tin dioxide (SnO2) with low conductivity in clean air. When ozone gas is present in the environment, the sensor's conductivity increases with the concentration of ozone gas in the air. A simple circuit can convert the change in conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.

The MQ131 gas sensor has high sensitivity to ozone, and also has certain sensitivity to strong oxidizing gases such as chlorine and nitrogen dioxide. It reacts in the opposite direction to organic interfering gases.
