Product Introduction
I.Alcohol sensorTGS2620 Description
The sensing element consists of an integrated heater and a metal oxide semiconductor on an alumina substrate. When the target gas is present in the air, the higher the gas concentration, the higher the sensor's conductivity. Using a simple circuit, changes in conductivity can be converted into a signal output corresponding to the gas concentration. The Japanese figaro alcohol sensor TGS2620 has high sensitivity to organic solvents and other volatile gases. It is suitable for organic solventsGas Detector. Due to the small size of the sensing element, the heater current of the alcohol sensor TGS2620 is only 42mA, and the housing uses a standard TO-5 metal package.
II. Alcohol sensorTGS2620Features:
* High sensitivity to ethanol and organic solvents
* Long service life, low cost
* Simple application circuit
* Compact size
III. Applications of alcohol sensor TGS2620:
* Ethanol detector* Used in detectors and alarms for detecting organic solvents
* Used in solvent detectors for factories, dry cleaners, and the semiconductor industry
IV. Sensitivity characteristics of alcohol sensor TGS2620:
The figure below shows representative sensitivity characteristic curves measured under standard test conditions (see back).
The vertical axis represents the sensor resistance ratio Rs/Ro, with Rs and Ro defined as follows:
Rs = Resistance of the sensor in gases of various concentrations
Ro = Resistance of the sensor in 300ppm ethanol
