Korea GreenChip Capacitive Touch IC - GT308L

Capacitive Touch Chips- GT308L is one of the GreenTouch3^TMcapacitive touch sensor series products. Specifically, the GT308L can perform capacitive sensing with 8 channels under the GreenTouch3^TMengine. Thanks to this epoch-making GreenTouch3^TMengine, applications will be

more robust and problem-free against EMC, EMI, H/W variations, voltage disturbances, temperature drift, humidity drift, etc. In particular, it does not cause any issues in CS and EFT noise environments that occur in any touch application.

GT308L provides 8 LED drivers and a 16-step dimming controller. OUT1~8 pins can be used for PWM output for LED dimming control. This is a very economical solution when LED feedback is needed because LED control requires no additional material cost. For touch output results, I2C or 1:1 direct output interfaces can be used. The I2C interface may be useful in applications where MCU IO or connector resources are insufficient.

GT308LIt can operate over a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It has a CTRL pin to select sensitivity options and I2C bus slave address by connecting the pin to VDD, GND, and open.
