Product Introduction
AH910 is a high-performance Hall effect current sensor that can more effectively measure AC or DC current, widely applicable in industrial, consumer, and communication equipment.
The AH910 series integrates a high-precision, low-noise linear Hall circuit and a low-impedance primary current path. When the sampled current flows through the primary current path, the generated magnetic field induces a corresponding electrical signal on the Hall circuit. After signal processing, the circuit outputs a voltage signal, making the output strictly proportional to the measured current value.
The linear Hall circuit is manufactured using advanced BCDMOS process, including a high-sensitivity Hall sensor, Hall signal pre-amplifier, high-precision Hall temperature compensation unit, oscillator, dynamic offset cancellation circuit, and amplifier output module. In the absence of a magnetic field, the current sensor's static output is a fixed 2.5V voltage or 50% VCC. Under a 5V supply voltage, the sensor's static output can vary linearly between 0.2V and 4.8V with the magnetic field, with linearity up to 0.4%.
The integrated dynamic offset cancellation circuit in AH910 ensures that the sensor's sensitivity is not affected by external pressure or IC package stress. AH910 is available in SOP8 package, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, and is RoHS compliant.
