High Sensitivity Unipolar Hall Switch Sensor - AH503

AH503 is a high sensitivity unipolar Hall switch chip designed based on BCDMOS technology. The chip includes temperature compensation, a comparator, and an output driver. In addition, mechanical stress has minimal impact on the magnetic parameters of the chip.

This series of chip sensors is suitable for industrial environments and automotive applications, with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V. AH503 is available in three package types: TO92S, SOT23(small), and SOT23-3L, and the packages comply with RoHS standards. The product has passed AEC-Q100 certification.
