AH421 is a high-voltage resistant high-sensitivity unipolar Hall switch chip, designed with bipolar semiconductor (Bipolar) process. The chip internally consists of a voltage regulator unit, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier circuit, temperature compensation circuit, and open collector output circuit. Working mode: input magnetic induction intensity, output digital voltage signal. Available in TO92S through-hole package and SOT23-3L SMD package, both compliant with RoHS standards.
