The Ni1000SOT is a nickel thin-film RTD temperature sensor for contact temperature sensing. The sensor is manufactured using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) on a silicon substrate, with a passivation layer covering the nickel film to protect the sensor and enhance stability. The nickel element is mounted on a lead frame and packaged in SOT23, providing miniaturization, low cost, and high accuracy.
