Product Introduction
The icing sensor - MDC-ICE is specifically designed for wind turbine blade icing. By detecting changes in the dielectric constants of ice, water, and air, it can monitor blade icing status in real time. The sensor integrates Minyuan's dedicated digital capacitive sensing chips MDC04, MCP61, and high-precision digital temperature chip M601. Embedded algorithms enhance the effective determination of environmental icing conditions, providing information on side and bottom surface icing capacitance, ambient temperature, ice/water status, ice thickness, and rainfall intensity.
