Product Introduction
1. MH-742B Infrared Methane Sensor (CH4 Sensor) Product Description
The MH-742B sensor is a universal intelligent sensor that uses non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) principle to detect hydrocarbon gases in the air. It features excellent selectivity, no oxygen dependence, stable performance, and long lifespan. It has a built-in temperature sensor for temperature compensation. MH-742B combines mature infrared absorption gas detection technology with micro-machining and sophisticated circuit design to create a compact, high-performance infrared gas sensor. It can be widely used in fire detection, explosive gas detection, etc.
It meets the requirements of AQ6211-2008 "Non-dispersive infrared methane sensor for coal mines" issued by the State Administration of Work Safety on November 19, 2008, and implemented on January 1, 2009.
The design, manufacturing, and verification of this product follow the following national standards:
GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 1: General requirements"
GB3836.9-2000 "Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 9: Encapsulation type 'm'"
GB4208-93 "Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP code)"
GB/T13384-92 "Packaging technical conditions for mechanical and electrical products"
