Medical Gas Mass Flow Meter SFM4100 Product Description
Designed for anesthesia equipment, the SFM4100 gas mass flow meter can accurately measure air or other non-corrosive gases. This gas mass flow meter features a wide dynamic measurement range: 0-20 slm (standard liters per minute). Equipped with an I2C digital interface, it provides fully calibrated and temperature-compensated output signals and operates reliably at pressures up to 7 bar.
The excellent long-term stability of the SFM4100 gas mass flow meter makes it the preferred choice for applications requiring high deployment rates and long service intervals. When used in OEM projects, each sensor can store multiple calibration gases simultaneously. During operation, the self-test function can test the entire signal chain (measured via analog signals captured through the digital signal chain). This feature makes the SFM4100 gas mass flow meter an excellent solution for safety-critical applications.
