Product Introduction
6N137is a single-channelhigh-speed optocoupler;for DC input with logic gate output 10Mbit/s; in DIP8 package; with temperature, current, and voltage compensation functions, high input-output isolation, LSTTL/TTL compatible, very small input current of 5mA. Combining an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode as the emitter, optically coupled to a silicon high-speed integrated photodetector logic gate.
