The MPC301X-4L, MPC302X-4L, MPC305X-4L series combine an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode as an emitter, optically coupled to a monolithic silicon random-phase phototriac in a plastic DIP4 package, with different lead forming options.
The MPC301X-4L, MPC302X-4L, MPC305X-4L series feature a robust coplanar dual-mold structure with stable isolation characteristics.
