Product Introduction
The MPC301X, MPC302X, and MPC305X series combine an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode as the emitter, which is optically coupled to a monolithic random-phase silicon in a plastic package, with different lead forming options.
The MPC301X, MPC302X, and MPC305X series feature a robust coplanar dual-mold structure with stable isolation characteristics.
