Product Introduction
The MPC814 series features two aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes as AC input, optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector in a plastic DIP4 package, with various lead forming options.
The MPC814 series has a robust coplanar dual-mold structure with stable isolation characteristics.
