Product Introduction
The ICPL-0630/0631/063L is an optocoupler gate that combines a GaAsP light-emitting diode and a high-gain photodetector integrated optocoupler detector. The enable input allows the detector. The output of the detector IC is an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor. Internal shielding provides a common-mode transient immunity specification of 10kV/µs at 3.3V. This unique design provides maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while achieving LVTTL/LVCMOS compatibility. The AC and DC operating parameters of the optocoupler are guaranteed from -40°C to +85°C, ensuring trouble-free system performance.
