Product Introduction
The ICPL-075L (dual-channel) is a 15MBd CMOS optocoupler in SOIC-8 package. The optocoupler utilizes new CMOS IC technology to achieve excellent performance with very low power consumption. The basic components of the ICPL-075L are a high-speed LED and a CMOS detector IC. Each detector includes an integrated photodiode, a high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver.
