Product Introduction
ICPL-155E consists of a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode and an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector. ICPL-155E is packaged in SOP5. The photodetector has an internal Faraday shield, providing guaranteed common mode transient immunity of ±20 kV/us. ICPL-155E is suitable for direct gate drive circuits of IGBTs or power MOSFETs.
