Product Introduction
The ICPL-227 series combines an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode as the emitter, optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector in a plastic SO8 package, with different lead forming options.
The ICPL-227 series features a robust coplanar dual-mold structure with stable isolation characteristics.
