Product Introduction
The ICPL-314 series optocouplers are ideal for driving inverters and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and power systems. They consist of an LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage.
The optocoupler guarantees its operating parameters over the temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.
