Product Introduction
The ICPL-343 series optocouplers are ideal for driving motor control inverters and MOSFET inverters in power systems. They contain an LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage.
The 5.0A peak output current can directly drive most IGBTs rated up to 1200 V/200 A. For IGBTs with higher ratings, the ICPL-343 series can be used to drive discrete power stages that drive the IGBT gate.
The optocoupler guarantees its operating parameters over the temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.
