Product Introduction
The ICPL-481 series high-speed optocoupler consists of an LED and a photodetector with a built-in Schmitt trigger to provide logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional wave shaping. The totem pole output eliminates the need for a pull-up resistor and allows direct driving of smart power modules or gate drivers. Minimizing propagation delay differences between devices makes these optocouplers an excellent solution for improving inverter efficiency by reducing switching dead time.
