The ICPL-851 series combines an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode as the emitter, optically coupled to a silicon planar high-voltage phototransistor detector in a plastic DIP4 package, with different lead forming options.
The ICPL-851 series features a robust coplanar dual-mold structure with stable isolation characteristics.
