Product Introduction
The MP214 series combines two aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes as emitters, optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector in a plastic SSOP4 package. With a robust coplanar dual-mode structure, the MP214 series provides stable isolation characteristics.
