MPC101XThe series combines an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode as the emitter, which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector in a plastic LSOP4 package, with different lead forming options.
The MPC101X series features a robust coplanar dual-mold structure, providingmorestable isolation characteristics.
