Product Introduction
The MPC301X-4L, MPC302X-4L, MPC305X-4L, and MPC307X-4L series use an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode as the emitter, which is optically coupled to a monolithic random-phase silicon phototransistor.
With a robust coplanar dual-mold structure,the MPC301X-4L, MPC302X-4L, MPC305X-4L, and MPC307X-4L series providemorestable isolation performance.
