Product Introduction
The MPCM501 series combines an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode as the emitter, which is optically coupled to a silicon high-speed phototransistor in a plastic SOP5 package. The MPCM501 series features a robust coplanar dual-mold structure withmorestable isolation characteristics.
