Product Introduction
The MPH-314 series optocoupler is ideal for driving power inverters and inverters and MOSFETs used in motor control. It contains an LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. The optocoupler guarantees its operating parameters over the temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.
