Product Introduction
The MPH343 series optocouplers are ideal for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications and inverters in power systems. It contains an aluminum gallium arsenide LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage.
The 4.0A peak output current can directly drive most IGBTs rated up to 1200 V/200 A. For higher-rated IGBTs, the MPH-343 series can be used to drive discrete power stages that drive the IGBT gate. The optocoupler guarantees its operating parameters over the temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.
