Product Introduction
The MPH5701 series optocouplers are ideal for driving power supply IGBTs and MOSFETs, used in motor control inverter applications and inverters in power supply systems. It contains an LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage.
The optocoupler guarantees operating parameters over the temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.
