The SYP-15 is a fully compensated pressure sensor based on MEMS piezoresistive elements and ASIC. This pressure sensor has an excellent tolerance of ±1.5% FS over a temperature range of -40°C to 130°C.
The SYP-15 can be widely used in industrial and automotive solutions for low pressure ranges from 0 to 15 bar, ensuring reliable operation in harsh media such as fuel, oil, and refrigerant.
