Product Introduction

I.Trace Oxygen SensorSO-D0-020-A300C Description

The SO-D0-020-A300C is a limiting current type oxygen sensor with a measurement range of 0.01%~2%, a cable length of 3 meters, and can detect oxygen concentrations as low as 100 ppm. This trace oxygen sensor SO-D0-020-A300C is widely used in metal laser sintering 3D printers, nitrogen generation, fermentation, and other fields.

II. Working Principle of Trace Oxygen Sensor SO-D0-020-A300C:

Because the charge carrier in the zirconia electrolyte is oxygen ions, when a voltage is applied to the zirconia electrolytic cell, oxygen is pumped to the anode through the zirconia disc. If a cap with a hole is placed on the cathode of the electrolytic cell, the rate at which oxygen flows to the cathode is limited. Due to this rate limitation, as the applied voltage gradually increases, the current in the electrolytic cell reaches saturation. This saturation current is called the limiting current, which is proportional to the oxygen concentration in the surrounding environment.

III. Applications of Trace Oxygen Sensor SO-D0-020-A300C:

Medical: Oxygen concentrators, incubators
Laboratory: Inert gas processing cabinets (glove boxes), bacterial incubators
Food industry: Packaging, food inspection, monitoring fruit ripening process (storage/transportation)

Home/Cooking: Automated baking/roasting (high temperature >100°C)

Measurement technology: Fixed/portable oxygen measuring instruments, measurement under controlled oxygen content, air conditioning and circulation

Safety technology/Monitoring: Fire protection (nitrogen enrichment, e.g., server rooms), greenhouses, wine cellars, gas storage, refineries, diving, fermentation units
Electrical industry: Inert gas processors and cabinets, inert gas welding monitoring, storage under nitrogen enrichment (anti-oxidation), drying equipment, nitrogen concentrators, exhaust gas measurement
