Third-generation upgrade of the FS4000 series gas mass flow sensor.
The FS4300 series gas mass flow sensor can directly measure gas mass flow without the need for bypass configuration. The sensor's working pressure is increased to 0.8MPa, and the measurement range covers 0~5SLPM to 0~50SLPM. It can be used in medical devices such as anesthesia machines and endoscopes; in industrial applications such as welding machines, laser equipment, and gas mixing control; and in environmental monitoring such as atmospheric samplers.
