UK SST Zirconia Oxygen SensorThe sensing element of O2S-FR-T4-5P-387 is made of zirconia material, which does not consume the oxygen being tested. It can measure the partial pressure of oxygen in mixed high-temperature gases, and calculate the water vapor partial pressure using Dalton's law, thereby obtaining the high-temperature water vapor content. It can operate normally at high temperatures from -100 to 400°C. Perfectly suitable for embedded steam ovens and commercial steam ovens with high temperature and high humidity.
