The MSP600 series stainless steel pressure transmitter sets a new performance-price benchmark for high-volume, low-cost, civil and industrial applications. This series is widely suitable for monitoring pneumatic and hydraulic pressure, even in harsh media environments such as sewage, steam, and light corrosive liquids and gases.

The pressure cavity of this product is manufactured with a 17-4PH stainless steel single-piece integrated structure. Its standard pressure port uses a 1/4NPT male thread, ensuring good sealing performance. This product features no O-rings, no welds, no silicone oil or other organic materials, making it durable.

MSI adopts micro-fused technology, introducing aerospace application technology, using high-temperature glass to fuse micro-machined silicon piezoresistive strain gauges onto a stainless steel isolation diaphragm. The glass bonding process avoids the effects of temperature, humidity, mechanical fatigue, and media on adhesives and materials, thereby improving the long-term stability of the sensor in industrial environments. It also avoids the P-N junction effect that occurs in traditional mechanical manufacturing processes.

This product is particularly suitable for medium and high-volume applications for OEM customers. This standard product can be widely used for various purposes. To meet the requirements of batch applications, our engineering design team is also ready to customize special products for customers.
