Korean WISE Metal Oxide Type MEMS Gas Sensor Air Quality Detection TED110 Description:
TED1X is a metal oxide type MEMS gas sensor used for monitoring indoor air quality. It is also a multi-gas sensor with the smallest size, high sensitivity, and ultra-low power consumption, integrating ASIC. The sensor includes pre-installed software, and specific algorithms for multi-gas detection and ambient temperature compensation are already designed. The sensor consists of a nano metal oxide sensing layer, micro-heater, micro-thickness film, and readout IC. These technologies give the sensor characteristics of high sensitivity, low power consumption, fast response, small size, and long-term stability.
TED110 is a multi-gas sensor that detects CO, combustible gases, and VOCs, and can also be used as an equivalent CO2 (eCO2) sensor. Humans are sources of VOCs, so CO2 concentration trends follow VOC trends. This is why TED110 can detect eCO2.
