Product Introduction
Dutch Xensor High-Speed Response Thermal Conductivity Gas Sensor Stainless Steel Threaded Type XEN-5320 Working Principle:
XEN-5320 determines gas composition by measuring the temperature rise of a micro-machined heating element. For each binary gas mixture, the ratio of temperature rise to heating power depends on the gas mixing ratio. For better accuracy, the sensor has been corrected for ambient temperature and humidity. Offset, measurement, and correction are performed by an ASIC that applies the outputs of the XEN-TCG3880 thermal conductivity sensor and temperature/humidity sensor, designed by Xensor.
Dutch Xensor High-Speed Response Thermal Conductivity Gas Sensor Stainless Steel Threaded Type XEN-5320 Measured Gas Types:
Monitoring and leak detection of hydrogen H2, helium He, carbon dioxide CO2, nitrogen N2, and methane CH4 gas mixtures in medical, R&D, and industrial environments.
