Product Introduction
Air Quality Mass Flow SensorPMF4000 Description:
The PMF4000 adopts a new third-generation thermal mass flow sensor chip manufactured with unique micromachining technology. The sensor chip uses a pair of thermocouples to detect temperature gradient changes caused by mass flow, offering superior signal-to-noise ratio and repeatability. The 'solid-state' thermal insulation structure on the sensor chip eliminates the surface cavities or fragile membranes used in traditional products, making the sensor chip robust, clog-resistant, and resistant to pressure shocks.
The PMF4000 series includes the PMF4000V with analog output and the PMF4000D with I2C digital output.
The PMF4000 series supports a maximum flow range from 100 SLM to 300 SLM. The sensor is temperature compensated over a temperature range of 0 to 50 °C. The linear output provides users with maximum flexibility and usability.
