1. Description of Gas Mass Flow Sensor AWM43600
The AWM40000 series includes both unamplified and amplified/signal-conditioned versions. AWM42150V and AWM42300 use the same circuitry as the AWM2000. AWM43300V and AWM43600V use the same circuitry as the AWM3000. AWM43600V is a 6SLPM device.
