1. FS7002 Mass Flow Anti-Clogging Sensor Product Description:
The FS7002 mass flow anti-clogging sensor is made with MEMS flow sensing chip, suitable for various general purpose clean, dry gases. Packaging technology enables measurement of different flow ranges under the same pipe diameter, mass production ensures high reliability, high performance and low cost.
This sensor is designed for fast measurement of flow rate changes, suitable for various devices such as cooling systems of LCD projectors, air purifiers, various instruments, ventilation ducts or fan motors, etc. It can timely feedback the operation status of cooling system filters and prevent abnormal conditions caused by clogging.
