Product Introduction
The capacitive overflow sensor module - WK-MCP1081 (Water Kettle Boiling Sensor) uses the wideband capacitance detection chip MCP1081 to measure foam generated by liquids inside non-metallic containers. It determines the state of the detection area by the capacitance difference with or without foam. When foam is detected in the area, the OUT pin outputs a high level; otherwise, it outputs a low level. The sensor has fast response and strong penetration, capable of penetrating containers up to 5mm wall thickness, and can detect foam from ingredients such as oatmeal, rice porridge, and soybeans. The FPC design allows it to be attached to the kettle wall, and its compact size also allows installation inside the kettle handle.It supports serial port mode and can output information such as the presence of liquid, presence of foam, and liquid boiling in the detection area (customizable).
