The electronic water gauge liquid level sensing module - MER-MCP1081-60-45 is based on MinYuan's self-developed ten-channel multi-mode broadband digital capacitance processor chip MCP1081S, integrating capacitance measurement, acquisition, microprocessor algorithm, temperature compensation, interface communication and other functions, with high sensitivity to liquids inside non-metallic containers; the unique capacitive sensing electrode design and software algorithm can effectively overcome technical difficulties such as thick container walls, liquid wall adhesion, scale, and water quality differences, and can adapt to 0~1mm different air gaps, especially suitable for strong penetration scenarios where liquid level needs to be measured through the container shell and air gap, such as continuous liquid level measurement and push-pull presence judgment of steam oven water tank drawers; the back uses grid shielding for better anti-interference effect.
