The DISCO-B4 is a freely configurable intelligent tracking device that can fully adapt to user needs. It primarily serves as a mobile client for various system solutions such as AVL, fleet management, vehicle security and recovery. The device can work completely independently or in conjunction with sensors and actuators. It can adapt to existing tracking solutions and is easily configured to collect or exchange relevant information directly with servers or users. A common example is sending status reports or detailed alarm messages directly via SMS to users and/or to a tracking server via TCP.

Users benefit most from the combination of comfort and safety, such as emitting detective alarm-like sounds in emergency situations. Driver logs and data recording functions are integrated into Falcom's history recording feature. Geofencing can be used to report violations of predefined routes or areas (e.g., if a vehicle enters or leaves a specific area/restricted zone). The concept of integrating all these functions into one device greatly reduces time-to-market and provides low-cost tracking and security solutions.
